The entire lower ground floor is a covered terrace with plenty of space to unwind with a drink or play a game in the cooling shade. On the same level, you will find the spacious and attractive pool terrace with a private pool and relaxing sun loungers. You are only 15 minutes' walk to the nearest restaurants and a short 25 minute drive from the villa will take you to the charming little island of Ortigia. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in all bedrooms is included.

Breath in the atmosphere of The Greek Theatre of Siracusa and explore The Legendary Ear of Dionysus – a famous earlike-shaped cave located underneath the theatre. Within 10 minutes’ walk from the villa, you can indulge in the taste of local restaurants and only 25 minutes’ drive away will bring you to the UNESCO Heritage Site of Ortigia, offering the charm of ancient markets and traditional cuisine with its many colours, scents and authentic flavours of Italy.
