This bright and airy apartment comfortably sleeps 6 guests and is quietly located in the charming seaside village of Mulinetti, less than a 10-minute walk from two local beaches.

The property is situated on the ground floor of a historic building and enjoys a large living space that is arranged as three interconnecting rooms. A TV room with a double sofa bed and an armchair, a small dining room and a kitchen equipped with; an induction hob, a Mokka coffee maker, a microwave, a fridge freezer and a washing machine. Large picture windows flood the apartment with natural light and a tiled floor features throughout.

Bedroom 2: The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds and storage space for clothes.

The property is located in the charming seaside village of Mulinetti on the eastern coast of Liguria. The village enjoys several small, secluded beaches perfect for a peaceful day by the sea. Bordigotto Beach is a 7-minute walk from the property and Ciappea Beach is a 4-minute drive (12-minute walk). The closest restaurant is a 2-minute drive away and there is a supermarket within a 3-minute drive.

Popular excursions include trips to: the colourful fishing village of Camogli (an 11-minute drive), the iconic harbour at Portofino (a 35-minute drive), the historic centre of Genoa, a UNESCO World Heritage Site (a 35-minute drive), and the iconic UNESCO site of Cinque Terre with its colourful cliffside villages and scenic hiking trails (a one-hour 15-minute drive away).

Alternatively, the beautiful bays of Sestri Levante are a 30-minute drive away where visitors can choose from the enchanting Baia del Silenzio (Bay of Silence) with its sandy beach and the lively Baia delle Favole (Bay of Fairy Tales) framed by pastel-coloured buildings and fishing boats.
