Le Grand Ours - Arc 1950 is a superb duplex 4 bed apartment sleeping 10 persons in comfort, with fireplace in 5 star Résidence L'Auberge Jerome', Arc 1950. Ski-in, ski-out, with access to a heated outdoor swimming pool, wellness centre and gym.

Our large 4 bed apartment is about 120m2 on level 3 and 4. It sleeps up to 10 persons in comfort with 4 bedrooms and a large comfy sofa-bed in the lounge: 2 double bedrooms (1 with en-suite bathroom + balcony), 2 twin bedrooms, 1 double sofa bed in lounge.
3 bathrooms: 2 family bathrooms with showers and basins; 1 en-suite bathroom with bath, basin and WC; 2 separate WCs.

Fully equipped kitchen with conventional oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, extractor fan, fridge-freezer, hob, Nespresso coffee machine.

Spacious lounge with TV, sofa, dining table, chairs and a fireplace, the perfect spot to relax after a day on the mountains. Superb balcony with fabulous mountain views.

Ski-in, ski-out - ski lifts and pistes are next to the residence. All amenities on door step - shops, cafes, restaurants. Arc 1950 is a car-free village - making it super safe for children.
Parking is available in the car park located under the village (payment required, booking directly online possible with Effia Arc 1950). Electric car charging is available. There is a secure ski locker available for your use.
