For added comfort, the living room has air conditioning, and all the bedrooms have ceiling fans in addition to Wi-Fi throughout the villa.

The lush 250-square-meter garden is filled with tropical plants, including palms and a passion fruit tree. The terrace is fully furnished with a dining table, chairs, a garden sofa set, and a barbecue grill, making it ideal for cooking and relaxing. The highlight is the private pool, measuring 7.5m x 3.3m, with optional heating available at an additional cost. Six sunbeds are provided for lounging by the pool. Convenient parking is available in front of the house for guests with vehicles.
