The modern bathroom is equipped with all amenities, including a shower, toilet, and a generous washbasin.

The open fitted kitchen seamlessly transitions into the living area and is fully equipped with hotplates, an oven, dishes, glasses, pots, a toaster, and a coffee machine. Essential supplies such as oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, and a selected spice palette are provided. Practical helpers like dish towels, dish soap, and cleaning utensils ensure additional comfort.

The bedroom offers a comfortable double bed and an additional single bed, a wardrobe, and two bedside tables for a restful sleep. Bed linen and towels are included.
