This charming, first-floor apartment for 4 people is in a picture-perfect chalet, in the heart of Livigno. Cosy in the winter months and airy in the summer, it is the ideal holiday base for friends or family at any time of year.

The décor is a combination of alpine warmth with contemporary touches. The open-plan living/dining room is carpeted and has wood-panelled walls with a door leading directly onto a private balcony, where guests can sit and enjoy the scenery. The sitting area has a stylish sofa, flat-screen TV and dining table for 6. The separate kitchenette is equipped with a cooker hob, kettle, fridge/freezer and coffee machine.

Bedroom: This pretty wooden bedroom has a bunk bed, an armchair and plenty of cupboard space
Extra: The sofa in the living room converts into a double bed.

Bathroom
The stylishly tiled bathroom is appointed with a full bath plus showerhead, a basin, bidet and WC.

Location
This residence is in a quiet, but central, part of Livigno. It is close to ski shuttle buses, allowing easy access to the mountains, skiing and hiking routes throughout the year.

There is a wide variety of bars, restaurants and cafés close by. For self-catering there are several supermarkets within 5 minutes of the apartment. For something more local try Alpe Livigno (4 minutes drive).

Livigno has multiple activities all year round. The resort has 2 great activity parks, the Mottolino Snowpark, a snowboarders’ paradise (3 min drive) and the Carosello 3000 park, (6 min drive). Here you can find a wide variety of things to do, both in winter and summer: children’s activities, night skiing, heli-skiing and paragliding.

In the summer months Livigno is famous for its hiking, mountain bike trails and beautiful countryside including the famous Cascata della Val Nera waterfalls and picturesque mountain lakes. The area is home to 2 national parks Monte Motto and Parco Nazionale dello Stelvio, and Larix Park – a woodland adventure park. There are several rental services for mountain bikes, so guests can get out onto the panoramic biking routes around the town.


Linate airport, Milan is a 3 hour and 30-minute drive whilst, Malpensa airport, Milan is a 3 hour and 43 minute drive from the apartment.
