There are 3 airy bedrooms, as well as an open plan kitchen and lounge with patio doors facing the terrace. This semi-detached property has a spacious exterior perfect for long days in the sun - unwind by the pool or explore the expansive garden. Just a 10 minute walk from the villa, elevate your mornings with freshly baked bread from the nearby bakery and enjoy local cuisine at the restaurant. The popular, historical village of Ispica is only 20 minutes' drive away and 1 hour from the villa is the enriching centre of Noto. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in all bedrooms is included.

Villa Ares is a perfect choice whether you want to sunbath on sandy beaches, dive amongst fish and corals or explore the local cuisine. The nearest beach is 25 minutes’ walk from the villa and a 30 minute drive will bring you to the beautiful cliffs and green coastlines of Costa. The nearest restaurants and bars are only 10 minutes’ walk from the villa, which are open during high season, and further afield, a local supermarket is located 35 minute on foot. Only 40 minutes’ drive from the villa, immerse yourself in the ancient streets and palaces of Scicli, or explore the UNESCO Heritage site of Ragusa bustling with historical buildings only 50 minutes' away. If you prefer a greater level of solitude, the golden beaches of Donnalucata are 45 minutes’ drive away.
