The villa Cleo, in Moraira has 3 bedrooms and has capacity for 6 people. With a beautiful natural grass garden and lots of native vegetation, in a very quiet environment, Cleo is a perfect villa for families who want to rest and have a real vacation next to the Mediterranean.

Accommodation layout:



With 150 m² of housing, the villa is distributed over two floors connected by an internal staircase. On the main floor we find a pleasant living room with air conditioning, sofa and TV area to relax, and a dining area with a nice table and chairs for 6 people. Next to the living room we find an open and fully equipped kitchen that allows you to enjoy the company of your family members while you are cooking, or preparing a delicious coffee in the morning. A room with two single beds and air conditioning, a full bathroom with a bathtub and a second bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning, and another a full bathroom with a shower. Going up a pleasant staircase we reach the upper floor where we find a double room with air conditioning, with an en suite bathroom with shower and a private terrace with a small table and two chairs to relax looking at the stars during the night. The pool can be heated on request, at an extra cost per night.



Exterior of the villa:



With 1,000 m2 of plot, and plenty of privacy, the villa offers several spaces to enjoy the outdoors. From the living room we access a covered terrace with garden sofas and a pleasant open view of the entire beautiful residential area, going down a flight of stairs we reach the pool area with natural grass, an outdoor shower, and 6 hammocks for sunbathing next to the water. At the back of the villa, we will find a nice pond with fish, a large space with mature trees, and a BBC area with table and chairs for 6 people. The villa has space for outdoor parking inside. It is located 2 m from the rocky beach, 2 km from the town “Moraira”, 2 km from the restaurant “Brevis”, 2 km from the supermarket, 2 km from the sandy beach “Playa de Moraira”, 4 km from the golf course “Club de Golf Ifach”.
