The mountain-view apartment is just a 7-minute walk from the Cassana gondola ski lift. The rental is also surrounded by restaurants and bars for relaxing apres ski sessions, while back at the retreat guests can relax in a Turkish bath!

Inside, the property offers toasty under-floor heating along with cosy wood-panelled interiors and a fireplace. Modern entertainment amenities like Smart TV and Wi-Fi are also available along with a full kitchen to ensure a hassle-free self-catering experience — a dishwasher, a coffee machine, a microwave, an oven, an induction hob, and a freezer.

There is ski storage and a ski boot heater for added convenience.

The house’s location and amenities are a definite source of delight for winter sports enthusiasts. It is close to skiing slopes, the first stop of the free ski shuttle bus and ski lifts (the closest ski lift is the Cassana Gondola, just an 7-minute walk from here). The beautiful holiday apartment facing the mountains is not only well-equipped but also well-served. It is located in the main town area on the main road so that all the necessary amenities like restaurants, shops and supermarkets are within walking distance.

Because of its proximity to ski slopes, lifts and shuttle buses, the apartment is perfect for winter sports lovers. Livigno is a well-known winter destination with trained instructors, plenty of ski rental shops and opportunities for all levels of visitors. This Alpine region offers two wide slopes with pistes, some off-piste skiing, Nordic skiing, snowboarding in the largest snowpark in Italy and more.

During the summer season, the valley comes alive with various trails that can be explored depending on the level of difficulty you choose. Everywhere the landscape is enchanting and waiting to be discovered. As an international holiday destination of repute, Livigno has a well-developed shopping and dining scene serving local and international produce.

The nearest airport is Bolzano, about 2.5 hour’s from the apartment.
