This villa is cooled via an underfloor cooling system - not air conditioning (A/C) units.

Although this isn't the traditional A/C unit, this is an extremely effective system that cools down the entire property in an efficient way.



Please note that the area in which this property is located has strict regulations regarding noise disturbance.

Loud noise is not permitted between 23:00-08:00, which means that this property is more suited to guests who are looking for a quiet, relaxing holiday and is NOT suitable for guests who like to party late, festivalgoers, etc.
