The ground floor consists of an attractive space with a small kitchen and guest toilet, while the internal staircase lands on the upper floor, which consists of a double air-conditioned bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.

Both compartments have access to and exclusive use of the beautiful garden at the back of the building.
