Mattheos House is set on the first level of Zoulis Apartments, accessed by an exterior staircase.

It consists of an open plan area with a dining table, sofa bed, kitchen with cooker and fridge, a family bathroom / wc, and two air-conditioned bedrooms.

One of the bedrooms is a double and the second one a twin, they both have sea view balconies with the necessary seating facilities, for those wishing to enjoy a morning coffee admiring the spectacular sunrise.
