Emerald Classic Villas are built according to high standards of luxury and comfort and they offer the ideal retreat for families, couples or groups who want to experience privacy and relaxation while on holiday in Zakynthos.
The complex is ideally situated on a small hillside, only 300 m. away from the coast, in a pure and unspoilt area, offering panoramic views over the Ionian Sea, and tranquillity and peace to every quest. The truly captivating charm of the surrounding area, lush and green, endless blue, and absolute calm, is really scenic.
Emerald Classic Villa (80sqm): A two floor villa sleeping 4 persons.
The ground floor consists of an open plan dining/living area and a fully equipped kitchen with: : electric cooker/oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, iron/ironing board, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and a full range of cooking equipment and utensils. The lounge area has tastefully decorated with wood and cane furniture and it also has a fireplace. There is satellite TV, DVD player, CD player and movies/books collection. There is also a separate WC which has a wash-hand basin and toilet.
A wooden staircase leads you to the two bedrooms and bathroom upstairs.
The outside of the villa is designed to allow you maximum privacy and leisure during your holiday. There is a fenced space of 185sqm, with a private pool, sun beds and umbrellas, lounge area, bbq, dining area and magnificent sea views over the Ionian Sea.

The Rooms
A wooden staircase leads you to the two bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. The bathroom has a bath with Jacuzzi and shower, hairdryer, wash-hand basin and toilet. The master bedroom has a double bed, en-suite shower, wardrobe, TV and safe deposit box. The second bedroom has two single beds TV and a wardrobe.


The Location
Emerald Villas located in Agios Nikolaos, on the north-eastern side of Zakynthos island, 30 km from Zakynthos town and only 300 m away from the sea. Agios Nikolaos is a small fishing village, still untouched by tourism, with traditional architecture and peaceful atmosphere.
At the port of Agios Nikolaos, which is always full of fishing and excursion boats, you can get a boat trip to visit the famous Blue Caves and the Shipwreck. You can also take the ferry to the nearby island of Kefalonia that departs daily from the port.
The beach of Agios Nikolaos with the deep blue and crystal clear waters is perfect for swimming and relaxing. There are many taverns around where you can taste fresh fish, local dishes and traditional Greek cuisine. Apart from Agios Nikolaos beach, the famous Makris Gialos beach and Xiggia springs are also close to Emerald Villas. Peligoni Club, for sailing and water sports, is also a short walk from the villas.
