Spread across two levels, this abode boasts three bedrooms and two bathrooms, providing ample space for relaxation and rejuvenation.



Ascending to the upper level, you're greeted by the inviting interiors of the villa. The lounge, designed in an open plan layout, beckons with its comfortable sofas, ideal for unwinding after a day of exploration. Entertainment is at your fingertips with IPTV featuring a selection of UK channels, while the air conditioning ensures a pleasant climate throughout.



Adjacent to the lounge, the well-appointed kitchen awaits, equipped with modern amenities including a dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, fridge/freezer, and a washing machine, catering to all your culinary needs.



The sleeping quarters are thoughtfully arranged, comprising three bedrooms. The first bedroom boasts a cosy double bed, complemented by fitted wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom offers flexible sleeping arrangements with twin beds that can be prepared as a double, accompanied by ample wardrobe space. Meanwhile, the third bedroom features another comfortable double bed and fitted wardrobes.



Completing the accommodation are two bathrooms, each offering convenience and comfort. The first bathroom features an overhead shower, WC, and washbasin, while the en-suite bathroom is equipped with similar amenities, ensuring a hassle-free stay. A hairdryer is also provided for your convenience.



Stepping outside, the villa extends its allure with a charming terrace area on the upper level, perfect for al fresco dining or simply soaking up the sun's rays. Descending to the lower level, you'll discover the enticing swimming pool, offering a refreshing retreat on warm days. Ample sunbathing space surrounds the pool, inviting you to unwind and bask in the blissful ambiance.



For your convenience, the villa is meticulously cleaned and prepared prior to your arrival. Bedding and towels, including beach and pool towels, are supplied, ensuring your comfort throughout your stay. While maid service is not provided, two sets of towels per guest are replenished weekly for those staying longer than a week, while bedding is changed on a weekly basis, ensuring a pristine environment for your enjoyment.
