Villa Athena by the Sea is absolute home away from home, in one of the most coveted areas of Protaras right next to Cavo Maris Hotel and just 2 minutes' walk to two of the most popular beaches of the East Coast, the picturesque Vyzakia Beach and Green Bay Beach both with white sands and crystal-clear blue waters that is the trademark of the Protaras beachfront. Green Bay Beach offers a wide range of watersports.


The ground floor has an open plan living room, dining room, kitchen area, and a guest toilet. The house is furnished to perfection and with diligence and includes all modern amenities such as wide screen TV, excellent Wi-Fi internet, satellite TV and a fully equipped kitchen, to the level of a dishwasher. The ground floor living areas are fully air-conditioned.

The first floor features the master bedroom with a double bed, A second double bedroom and a twin bedroom which all share a generous bathroom with a bath tub. All bedrooms offer air-conditioning and ceiling fans for extra comfort.



Villa Athena is part of a small, gated community of villas and boasts a large private swimming pool and private gated parking. The outside elevated Patio overlooking the Pool enjoys great sea views and is tastefully furnished, providing excellent options for sunbathing and comfortable, shaded lounging for relaxing and zipping a cocktail.


The central Protaras Strip, Fig Tree Bay and Sunrise Beach are about 15 minutes' walk along the new Protaras Coastal Promanade/Walkaway, which itself is a minute’s walk from the Villa! There is an abundance of restaurants, bars, taverns and a range of supermarket options within 1 km radius.
