The apartment, which sleeps 4 people, is on the 9th floor (with lift) and enjoys panoramic views across Menton and the Mediterranean. It is ideal for family or friends who want to combine Menton’s culture, history and beautiful beaches.

The apartment is full of light thanks to large sliding glass doors, which open from the sitting room and the bedroom onto a glorious balcony, looking out over the sea. The balcony is furnished with a smart dining table and chairs, as well as sun loungers for guests to sunbathe in complete privacy.

Back inside, the sunny living room is furnished with a sofa, dining table and large flat-screen TV. The separate kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge/freezer and washing machine.

Location
Menton has been a popular resort for over a century, and with good reason. It is known for its temperate climate, exotic gardens, beautiful beaches and the Medieval Old Town.

This apartment is centrally located and guests will find all the amenities such as a bakery, pharmacy and supermarket less than 5 minutes from their front door. For the best local produce, head to the covered market, Le Marché des Halles, on Quai de Monleon (14-minute walk along the seafront). Every day of the week you can find the finest regional food including cheese, fish, charcuterie etc.

The apartment is just a 15-minute walk from the Old Town with its narrow cobbled streets and historic architecture. The Baroque Basilica of St Michel towers over the buildings which slope down to the Old Port (20-minute walk). Here you will find some of the world’s most expensive yachts.

Nice airport is just 40 minutes away. Alternatively, Menton railway station is a 5-minute drive.
