The property is situated on the ground floor, enjoys a spacious loggia with a magnificent view of the sea and an outside dining table. Large sliding glass doors lead into an open-plan living space furnished with a double sofa bed, a smart flat-screen HDTV and a dining table for four. This area also incorporates the kitchen which is equipped with; a cooker hob, an oven, a microwave and a fridge freezer.

The property is located in the small village of Porto Pozzo on the northwest coast of Sardinia, overlooking the La Maddalena Archipelago National Park. The ideal choice for those seeking a peaceful escape the village has a small harbour (a 2-minute walk) where guests will find several restaurants and cafes. The closest restaurant is a 1-minute walk away and there are two supermarkets within a 5-minute walk from the accommodation.

Porto Pozzo is the perfect base for exploring La Maddalena Archipelago National Park (approximately a 20-minute ferry ride away), a protected marine area famous for its beautiful islands, beaches and diverse marine life. There are also boat tours and rental services available from the nearby marina (a 2-minute walk away).

The family-friendly Porto Pozzo Beach is a 1-minute walk away and enjoys crystal-clear waters and a seabed that slopes gently out to sea. Sun worshippers will also enjoy Spiagga Conca Verde, Valle dell\'Erica (both a 10-minute drive away), La Marmorata (a 13-minute drive to the West) and Spiaggia del Liscia (a 13-minute drive to the East).
