Apartment

The apartment offers the holidaymaker an ideal retreat where they can unwind and remain close to all amenities.

The apartment comprises an entrance hall, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen and a large balcony.

The main bedroom has a double bed, built in wardrobes, dressing table, wall mirror and bedside lockers. There are sea views from this room. The second bedroom has two single beds, fitted wardrobe etc. There is a bathroom and a separate shower room in the apartment. The main bathroom has a bath with shower overhead ,a WC and a washand basin. There is also a washing machine available for guests use, in the main bathroom. The shower room has an enclosed shower, A WC and a washand basin. Both rooms have wall mounted hairdryers provided for guests use.

The living room is large with comfortable seating, a TV, a DVD player, a CD/radio unit, coffee table and bookstand. The TV offers a wide range of channels including a full range of English /Irish channels. Free wi-fi is also available. A large full height window offers excellent sea views.

The kitchen is modern and includes fridge freezer, four ring electric hob, microwave grill, kettle, toaster, sandwich maker, coffee maker and iron. The balcony area is large with a small section covered in providing shade while the remainder gets lots of sunshine for those who wish to catch some rays. There is a table and chairs, four sun loungers and a clothes rack on the balcony. From the balcony you have stunning views of the harbour, the ocean and the neighbouring Island of Fuerteventura.

Lago Verde is a well run, tidy complex with a seven day reception (not 24 hrs). In reception, there are safety deposit boxes, internet access and information on activities etc in Lanzarote. Excursions can be booked as can car hire. There is a good sized, well maintained pool (fully refurbished in 2017) on the complex with ample sun loungers and a poolside bar where snacks and drinks can be purchased.
