The apartment sleeps 4 people and it makes a fantastic base for exploring the glamorous Costa Smeralda.

The dining and living area has a door that leads out onto a rustic balcony with sea views. The airy dining and living area is furnished with a table, chairs and a sofa. The kitchen is in the living area and it is equipped with a cooker hob, oven and fridge/freezer.

Location
The residence is just a few minutes from the heart of Porto Rotondo, which has all the glamour of the Costa Smeralda: excellent restaurants, exclusive boutiques and a vibrant nightlife. In the summer months, the marina is home to some of the most expensive yachts in the world. From June to August the town hosts “Porto Rotondo in Fiera” a delightful street market that takes place every Wednesday morning.

In Olbia, you can explore vibrant farmers\' markets held three times a week. The Saturday market in Via Sangallo is particularly recommended (20 minutes). Otherwise, for self-catering, there are supermarkets and smaller shops close by.

Some of Sardinia’s most beautiful beaches are close by, including Spiaggia Punta Volpe (5-minute drive), Spiaggia di Ira (4-minute drive) and Marinella Bay (7-minute drive). They are known for their soft sand and crystal-clear water.

Olbia airport is just a 20-minute drive. If you are coming by ferry then the port of Golfo Aranci (16 minutes) has ferries to Livorno and Civittavecchia.
