Perched on the hillside above Lake Garda with panoramic views over the lake, this loft apartment sleeps 2 people in comfort. It is part of an attractive, small development with communal gardens and a new shared outdoor pool. It combines the peace of the countryside with all the activities available in Toscolano Maderno, just 5 minutes away. The apartment makes the ideal holiday base for a couple who wants to enjoy Lake Garda and its stunning surroundings.

The loft is on the 1st floor, accessed from the garden by an external flight of steps. The interior feels spacious and airy thanks to the double-height ceiling and French windows that open onto a substantial balcony. The balcony is an extension of the living space and acts as another room. It has a sofa and armchairs, plus a dining table and chairs for relaxed meals al fresco, with stunning, uninterrupted lake views.

Back indoors, the living area is furnished with a sofa, armchair, flatscreen TV and dining table. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a cooker hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and a coffee machine.

Stylish wooden stairs lead up to the mezzanine bedroom.

Bedroom: Tucked under the wooden eaves, the bedroom has a double bed, a wardrobe and a cane screen.

The tiled bathroom has a shower, washbasin, bidet and WC.

Location
The apartment is in the peaceful village of Vigole. Guests will find all of the amenities they need down in Toscolano Maderno. It is one of the most beautiful towns on Lake Garda with a pretty historical centre of winding paved streets, lined with attractive boutiques and tempting cafés. It is packed with things to see.

The port in Toscolano Maderno (8 minute drive) is a stop-off point for boats going all around the lake. On the water visitors can swim, fish, canoe, sail, windsurf and dive. Whilst on land, the lakefront is a glorious place to walk at any time of day. Away from the lake, there are hiking and mountain bike routes through scenic countryside and a golf course (14 minutes).

For self-catering, the weekly market (7 minute drive) every Thursday morning provides the freshest produce and many local specialities to cook at home. Otherwise, there are supermarkets and other small shops in the town.

Lovers of art and history can visit the famous \"Vittoriale degli Italiani\" (13 minutes) home of Gabriele D\'Annunzio in Gardone Riviera and the new Salò museum called “MuSa” (22 minutes).

The nearest airports are Verona Villafranca (1 hour 20 minutes drive) and Milan Bergamo (1 hour and 25 minute drive).
