Combine the beach with sophisticated French living in this stylish, 1st floor (with lift) apartment in the heart of Menton. The apartment, which sleeps up to 4 people, is just 5 minutes from the sea and makes a great holiday base for a family or friends who want to enjoy one of the most exclusive areas of the Côte d’Azur.

The flat is in a contemporary residence in a quiet part of central Menton. The open-plan living room is light and airy, thanks to the large French windows that open onto a private balcony. The balcony, which acts as an extension to the interior, has a dining table and chairs for meals al fresco. Back inside, the living area is furnished with a sofa and flat-screen TV. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, microwave, oven, coffee machine and fridge/freezer. There is another dining table for 4 next to the kitchen.

Bedroom: The master bedroom has a double bed, a wardrobe.
Extra: The sofa in the living room converts into a comfortable double bed.
Crib available on request (to avoid choking risks we do not provide sheets or pillows for the crib).

Location
The colourful town of Menton lies between Monaco and the Italian border. It is known for its temperate climate, exotic gardens, beautiful beaches and the Medieval Old Town. For holiday makers Menton offers a tempting mix of history, culture, fine cuisine and pure relaxation all year round.

The apartment is just a 10-minute walk from the Old Town with its narrow cobbled streets and historic architecture. The Baroque Basilica of St Michel towers over the buildings which slope down to the Old Port (15-minute walk). Here you will find some of the world’s most expensive yachts. For more glamour, head to the Casino Barrière Menton (8 minute walk. Here you will find restaurants and entertainment, as well as roulette and blackjack tables.

For the best local produce, head to the covered market, Le Marché des Halles, on Quai de Monleon (7 minute walk). Every day of the week you can find the finest regional food including cheese, fish, charcuterie etc. For other requirements, there is a supermarket just 3 minutes walk from the apartment.

There are several beautiful beaches, all within 10 minutes of the apartment. Plage de Fossan is ideal for children as it is sheltered, with calm, shallow sea. As is the Plage des Sablettes (10 minutes) which is below the old town.

Nice airport is just 40 minutes away.
