You also may utilise the two office areas which are extensions to two of the bedrooms.There is aircon and wifi throughout, along with ceiling fans in every room and on the terrace. There is secure parking for one car in the underground garage, with a lift to the Penthouse.The complex has two swimming pools for your enjoyment and sun-bathing needs. One is located on the rooftop of the complex, as well as another downstairs in between the complex buildings.This Penthouse has an amazing location. Situated right on the Puerto Deportivo strip, you can head on downstairs and wander off along the paseo, dotted with charming cafes and restaurants.
