This spacious apartment is arranged over the ground floor of a small apartment block and comfortably sleeps nine guests. The property enjoys access to a small private garden and a terrace that stretches along the length of the apartment providing alfresco opportunities for dining and relaxing quietly in the sun.

Inside, the bright and airy living space is furnished with a double sofa bed, a sofa, two dining tables and a flat-screen TV. This area leads through to a small separate kitchen which is equipped with; a cooker hob, an oven, a microwave, a coffee machine and a fridge freezer.

Bedrooms 1: The spacious master bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a large wardrobe and enjoys direct access to the terrace through large French doors

Bedrooms 2: The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe

Bedroom 3: The third bedroom is furnished with three single beds and a wardrobe. This room also enjoys direct access to the terrace.

Extra: There is also a double sofa bed in the living room

The property is situated in the ancient town of Porto Cesareo on the Salento Peninsula. The town sits within a marine protected area and the property is less than a 10-minute walk from both the closest beach and the town’s Marina. The nearest restaurant is a 10-minute walk and the closest supermarket is a 5-minute walk.

Popular beaches in the area include Spiaggia di Torre Lapillo (a 5-minute drive), Spiaggia di Porto Cesareo (a 12-minute walk/ 3-minute drive), and Punta Prosciutto (a 17-minute drive), each is known for its pristine beauty and shallow waters, ideal for swimming and snorkelling.

Further afield, the beautiful Baroque city of Lecce, known as the \"Florence of the South\" and the charming seaside town of Gallipoli known for its historic old town, sandy beaches and vibrant nightlife are both a 35-minute drive away.
