*The first floor welcomes you with a large, elegantly designed living area with modern furnishings and large windows framing the captivating views of the sparkling sea. The living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen are all connected seamlessly by an open-plan layout that makes it the ideal place to host guests and spend time with loved ones. *The outdoors (ground floor level) There is a 7 x 3 meter heated private pool outside with an electrolysis system, as well as a sun deck area with 6 deck chairs where you can relax in the sun, cool off in the pool, or eat outside while watching the sunset.
