Ideal for those who want a 'slow holiday', to relax and dream on a green mountain of 310 hectares amidst woods, olive groves, lakes and breathtaking views, between Umbria and Tuscany, at an altitude ranging from 450 to 630 meters above sea level, with an enviable climate, both in winter and summer. An ideal location for many excursions, right in the centre of Italy, just 18 km from the A1 motorway, near Chiusi, from where you can take a train to Rome ( 1 h in summer)or Florence in 1,5 around.

Entrance from the garden onto the spacious lounge with a double sofa bed for 2 extra persons and two ottomans around a tea-table, un extra lamp to read near the sofa; a stone bench with cushions along the wall, a cabinet hanger, a wooden table with 6 chairs. the kitchen is divided by a stone arch with a serving hatch and a old cupboard on a site. Oven, microwave, dish washer, induction, fridge and freezer...
At the bottom of the sitting room there is on the left the double/ twin bedroom with with nineteenth- century beds, the bathroom with shower in bricks,
and on the right side a small corridor to the double room and the door connecting with Foresteria 3 at the bottom .
Hair dryer, mini Hi-Fi SMART TV, WI-FI barbecue.
Furnishings and are extremely comfortable and welcoming.
Chess, bridge cards, and a large choice of English books are at the disposal of the guests.
Outside: wooden eating table, 4 sun-beds, deck chair, hammock.
Ping pong, soccer table are close the house. The shared heated Jacuzzi for 6 persons, the boules field, the playground are near Foresteria.
The heated swimming pool from May is at 400 mt walking 70p mt by car.
Foresteria 4 and Foresteria 3 can communicate (3+4) to host 8-11 persons and can be rented together.
