- Pool and outdoor shower are private to you but the studio does share a small part of the yard

- We will cover the daily tourist tax fee for your reservation but will require that you upload all guests' (13 years and older) passports or identification cards to the group chat to present to the local officials before you arrive
- We will text you on your arrival date if your property is ready early

THINGS TO KNOW
- On a property with a detached guest house that may have 1-2 guests, they won't have access to the pool but may use the laundry room.
- Dedicated driveway parking for 2 cars and parking in front of the house
- Light sleepers may hear the traffic on N247
- Dogs cannot be left home alone if they will bark and disturb our neighbors
- Please buy travel insurance if your plans may change within 30 days of arrival
