A rural farmhouse ideal for experiencing the sunny Salento countryside, embraced by 4 hectares of outdoor space. The green space sees flowers, olive trees, pines, cypresses and fruit trees such as citrus fruits (lemons, manders, oranges), figs and prickly pears.

From the rooms, a chianche path leads to the swimming pool area, with a large body of water measuring 6x12m, with a fixed depth of 1.4m. Around the pool there are various gazebos and a piano bar, while nearby there is a nice pond with goldfish, also nice for little guests.

The property has 2 bedrooms all equipped with a double bed and a single bed, with a separate entrance.

A first double room with vaulted ceiling, dressing room with mini-fridge. The second double room similar to the previous one.


All rooms have: air conditioning, TV, hairdryer, mini-fridge and are rented together with a single holiday group. In front of them is a large brick courtyard in which covered gazebos with tables and chairs are positioned.

There are 2 bathrooms: all have a bidet, a shower and a WC.

The property managers live in a wing of the farm, adjacent to the rooms, but screened for privacy. They guarantee the order and cleanliness of the garden and common areas, as well as the welcome in the structure. It is a rural accommodation, therefore not luxury, but genuine, to be in symbiosis with Apulian nature. The name of the farm \"Le Palmentelle\" derives from the two millstones present in one of the rooms, or stone tanks, which were previously used for the fermentation of musts. The area in which the farm is located is close to the beautiful Salento beaches and the beautiful Lecce.

IMPORTANT: in the property there are 3 dogs and 3 cats that live there. The owner speaks Italian & German.
