Loukas and Emma Family Houses is a complex that offers spacious apartments of different type and studios with fully equipped kitchens and a balcony or terrace with outdoor jacuzzi, only 500 meters away from the famous black beach of Perissa. All houses provide free Wi-Fi.

The luxury two bedroom apartment is fully renovated and can accommodate 4 to 5 guests with the use of the sofa bed at the living room. The apartment features a one space living room with a sofa and a dining table, a fully equipped kitchen and a satellite TV, two bedrooms (a queen size bed and two twin beds) and a bathroom with a shower, a hairdryer and a washing machine. All apartments have their private balcony with an outdoor jacuzzi and furniture. The complex offers a reception area and a swimming pool for guests use only.

Guests can access our property by taking the bus to Perissa beach and stop at Santa Irini bakery. Across the bakery there is a street that says to Ancient Thira, you follow this street and 120m. further you will our property, on the right hand side.
