Re-live la Belle Epoque in this historic building in the heart of Menton! On the 2nd floor, the apartment can sleep up to 5 people.

The residence has an elegant entrance lobby and a classic lift that takes guests up to the apartment. Blessed with high ceilings and authentic double windows, the apartment is full of light. The open-plan sitting/dining room is furnished with a combination of antique and contemporary pieces. There is a sofa, flat-screen TV, dining table and chairs, a small fireplace and French windows out onto a small balcony. There is a café-style table and chairs on the balcony where guests can enjoy a cup of coffee. Stairs lead from the seating area to a mezzanine level with an armchair. The separate kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, american style coffee machine, fridge/freezer and washing machine.

Bedroom: The airy master bedroom has a carved wooden double bed and a wardrobe.
Extra: The sofa in the living room converts into a comfortable double bed. The armchair on the mezzanine can be used as a single bed.
Crib available on request (to avoid choking risks we do not provide sheets or pillows for the crib).

The modern bathroom is equipped with a spacious shower, basin and WC

Location
The apartment is in the lively heart of Menton, on the edge of the pedestrian area. It is very close to shops and restaurants and just 2 minutes from the beach. Guests will be able to fully enjoy this vibrant resort. Menton has been a popular holiday destination for over a century, and with good reason. It is known for its temperate climate, exotic gardens, beautiful beaches and the Medieval Old Town.

All the amenities that guests will need are within a 5-minute walk of the apartment; restaurants, bars, supermarket (1 minute) and bakery. For the best local produce, head to the covered market, Le Marché des Halles, on Quai de Monleon (4-minute walk). Every day of the week you can find the finest regional food including cheese, fish, charcuterie etc.

The apartment is just a 5-minute walk from the Old Town with its narrow cobbled streets and historic architecture. The Baroque Basilica of St Michel towers over the buildings which slope down to the Old Port (10-minute walk). Here you will find some of the world’s most expensive yachts.

Nice airport is just 40 minutes away. Alternatively, Menton railway station is a 4-minute drive.
