Peacefully situated in the south of the island of Gozo, the property provides a tranquil oasis for a holiday retreat with family or friends. The property enjoys a secluded terrace where guests can relax by the pool, which enjoys five jacuzzi jets, sunbathe or prepare delicious meals on the BBQ.

With an architectural blend of traditional Gozitan charm and clean modern lines, the interior of the property combines contemporary comfort with rustic charm. Each room has been thoughtfully furnished and the main living space is arranged within several interconnecting chambers with curved limestone archways and high arched ceilings. This area is furnished with a comfortable L-shaped sofa, a smart flatscreen TV and incorporates a kitchen equipped with a cooker hob, an oven, a microwave, a coffee machine, a fridge freezer and a small breakfast bar. There is an additional living room with a large sofa, a kitchenette and a dining area on the lower ground floor where guests will also find a laundry room, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The ensuite master bedroom and a bunk bedroom are both arranged on the first floor, accessed via a spiral staircase. Here guests also have access to a pretty terrace furnished with sun loungers and a small bistro table and chairs, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or an aperitif at the end of the day.

Location

The property is located in the small, rustic village of Ta\' Sannat on the south coast of Gozo. Sannat is well-known for the high Ta\' Ċenċ Cliffs (a 20-minute walk), rich countryside and interesting prehistoric remains. For beach lovers, Mgarr ix-Xini Bay is an 8-minute drive away and a popular spot for swimming, snorkelling and diving.

Gozo’s capital Victoria is a 4-minute drive to the north, the picturesque village of Munxar a 2-minute drive (15-minute walk) to the west and the historic village of Xewkija a 4-minute drive to the east. The nearest restaurant is a 3-minute walk away and there is a supermarket within a 6-minute walk.

Malta\'s typical Mediterranean climate is sunny with an average daily sunshine of five to six hours in mid-winter and 12 hours in summer, with over 300 days of sunshine and warm weather.

Summers are hot, dry and very sunny. Its remarkably mild winters and intense blue skies make it an ideal place for long walks in the countryside.
