Conveniently situated moments from the seafront, the spacious, light-filled apartment provides a brilliant base to explore the vibrant city of Sliema, Malta’s capital, Valetta and the nearby islands of Comino and Gozo. The property is quietly situated on the sixth floor of a modern apartment building (with a lift) in the heart of Sliema and enjoys a sunny terrace with impressive views over the rooftops.

Inside, the large, open-plan living space is stylishly furnished with a marble-effect tiled floor, a modern sofa, a flat-screen TV and a dining table with four chairs. This area also opens out onto the terrace through large sliding glass doors and incorporates a sleek kitchen, equipped with an induction hob, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a fridge freezer and a breakfast bar for two.

The Air Conditioner (used for heating / cooling) operates on a pay per use rate where one has to insert Coins €1 or €2 in a coin meter which is located in the apartment. The rent is low and Malta authorities asked actions to reduce electricity consumption.


Location

The property is located a 5-minute walk from the picturesque seafront promenade in Sliema, a vibrant coastal town on the northeastern coast of Malta. Known as \"The Strand,\" the promenade is full of boutiques, bars, restaurants and cafes all enjoying beautiful sea views. The closest grocery store is a 3-minute walk away.

From the harbour (a 15-minute walk), visitors can take a short ferry ride to the nearby islands of Comino and Gozo, famous for their pristine beaches and natural beauty, or visit Valletta, the capital city of Malta and home to a wealth of historical and cultural sites; including St. John\'s Co-Cathedral, the Grand Master\'s Palace, and numerous museums and art galleries.

With a selection of beaches, Sliema is a very pleasant place to stay and a paradise for fashion enthusiasts with many shopping opportunities from designer boutiques to department stores.

With piercing blue skies and an average of twelve hours of sunshine in summer and five to six hours in mid-winter, Malta is an enjoyable destination at any time of the year. Visitors will enjoy some of the clearest waters in the Mediterranean, beautiful beaches and opportunities for hiking, sightseeing, land and water sports.
