Location

The property is located in the small, rustic village of Ta\' Sannat on the south coast of Gozo. Sannat is well-known for the high Ta\' Ċenċ Cliffs (a 10-minute walk), rich countryside and interesting prehistoric remains. For beach lovers, Mgarr ix-Xini Bay is an 8-minute drive away and a popular spot for swimming, snorkelling and diving.

Gozo’s capital Victoria is a 7-minute drive to the north, the picturesque village of Munxar a 6-minute drive to the west and the historic village of Xewkija a 5-minute drive to the east. The nearest restaurant is a 10-minute walk away and there is a supermarket within an 8-minute walk.

Malta\'s typical Mediterranean climate is sunny with an average daily sunshine of five to six hours in mid-winter and 12 hours in summer, with over 300 days of sunshine and warm weather. Summers are hot, dry and very sunny. Its remarkably mild winters and intense blue skies make it an ideal place for long walks in the countryside.
