Inside, this traditional Gozitan-style villa is arranged over one floor with stylishly furnished living spaces. Location

The property is located a 3-minute drive / 15-minute walk from the centre of Qala one of Gozo’s oldest villages situated on the eastern part of the island. This historic village is surrounded by countryside and some of the most beautiful views across the island.

For beach lovers, the calm, clear waters of Hondqo Bay (a 5-minute drive), Ħondoq ir-Rummien Beach (an 8-minute drive) and Daħlet Qorrot Beach (a 4-minute drive) are all favourite spots for swimming, snorkelling and picnicking. The nearest restaurant is a 10-minute walk away and there is a supermarket a 15-minute walk (a 4-minute drive).

Malta\'s typical Mediterranean climate is sunny with an average daily sunshine of five to six hours in mid-winter and 12 hours in summer, with over 300 days of sunshine and warm weather. Summers are hot, dry and very sunny. Its remarkably mild winters and intense blue skies make it an ideal place for long walks in the lush, green countryside.
