On the ground floor, you will find a cozy living room with an open-hearth fireplace (decorative only) and a television (flat screen). This level also features a bedroom with one single bed (80 cm) and one double bed, as well as a kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher, gas stove (4 gas rings), toaster, kettle, microwave, and electric coffee machine, accompanied by a dining table and an open-hearth fireplace (decorative only). The ground floor also has access to the garden and swimming pool, as well as a shower/bidet/WC.

The upper floor consists of one double bedroom and one room with two single beds. This floor also has a kitchen with similar amenities to the ground floor, including an oven, dishwasher, gas stove (4 gas rings), toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, dining table, and a television (flat screen). Additionally, there is a shower/WC on this level.

The second upper floor features another double bedroom and a room with two single beds (80 cm).
