The kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, gas stove with 5 rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, and Nespresso capsules (just an example). It also boasts an open-hearth fireplace and an exit to the terrace. On this floor, you'll find two bathrooms with a bathtub, bidet, and toilet, as well as a separate shower room with a bidet and toilet. The second upper floor features another living room with a panoramic window and a TV (flat screen), along with an additional bathroom with a bathtub, shower, bidet, and toilet.
