The vacation rental is a 3-room apartment with a total area of 56 square meters, facing north. It has a bright, practical, and comfortable interior design. The living/dining room features a sofa bed (130 cm wide, 180 cm long), a dining table, a TV with digital TV (flat screen), and electric heating. There is access to a small balcony from this room. One bedroom has a French bed (1 x 180 cm, 190 cm long) and electric heating. Another bedroom has two beds (90 cm wide, 190 cm long). The kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, microwave, and an electric coffee machine.

The vacation rental comes with a shower/WC, a small balcony of 4 square meters with terrace furniture, a washing machine, an iron, and a hair dryer. Additionally, there is a reserved parking space for one car (space number 4). The property is strictly for non-smokers only, and the TV channels are available in Spanish (ES) language only.
