Additionally, there is one double bedroom with a single bed and a shower/WC. The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, and an electric coffee machine, as well as a sofabed. The apartment has an exit leading to a balcony and wooden floors throughout. The furnishings are comfortable and in a country house style.
