Especially these peculiarities must absolutely be highlighted, which are the autonomous entrance and security through surveillance camera, video intercom and security door. Windows in the flat have been appropriately made of frosted glass to ensure the privacy of guests.

It is interesting to know that flat is located in an eighteenth century building with walls about 90 cm thick in the living room on the ground floor, while the bedroom on the lower floor, being a basement, it has no walls and borders the Roman archaeological remains of the ancient Teatro Pompeo Magno of 55 Bc.

Some days before the arrival of my guests i send a lot of informations useful for the arrival, for the stay in the flat, suggestions, advices about all the best a tourist wants to know about the city and the district.

The square where the apartment is located there are No bars, pubs, restaurants or places open during the night, the only neighboring commercial activities are a fruit shop and a fish market, in addition to the prestigious hotel "la Lunetta".

Flat is located in the heart of Rome, between Campo dei Fiori and Piazza Navona, a notorious lively area for this reason constantly supervised by policemen who guarantee the total safety of the area.
