The apartment benefits from a private balcony which wraps around the building, bringing the outdoors inside and inviting guests to relax with a book or glass of local wine and enjoy the view. The open-plan living room is furnished with a sofa, smart TV and a dining table for 4. The modern kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, oven and fridge/freezer.
The building has a communal garden with a seating area as well as an outdoor kitchen, with a gas hob, sink, BBQ and dining table.

The city is also famous for its delicious food, with many local restaurants serving Sicilian specialities and wonderful seafood. Unique to Catania are the “cioscu”, little kiosks all over the city serving refreshments in the hot summer months.
Catania’s International Airport is just a 30-minute drive from the apartment.
