This cozy pool apartment is in the center of the small famous touristic town Vodice, in a quiet neighborhood near the beach, only 600 meters away. The center is 300 meter down the street. There is a yard with private parking spaces, garden surrounded by olive trees and grill facilities free for your use. Also, there is a trampoline for kids in the yard. The apartment has twobedrooms, one with a double bed, and one with two single beds, a living room with asofa, equipped kitchen and bathroom with bathtub and shower. The apartment has a balcony, outside shared swimming pool and olive grove view. It is air conditioned, with flat-screen SAT-TV and free WiFi. The outdoor pool (40 sqm) with terrace equipped with the sun loungers and parasols is shared with other two small units of the complex. The neighborhood is very convenient because everything is very close: beach, shops, cafes, center, restaurants but the street is very quiet with almost no traffic, so you can enjoy you stay in Vodice in the best possible way.

Vodice is a famous tourist center, known for its liveliness, variety of tourist offers and friendly hosts. It is located just on the coast, in a wide bay, 11 km northwest of the interesting historic town of Šibenik. On both sides of the center of Vodice there are famous beaches to explore. A short boat drive away in front of the town there is the island Prvić with its beautiful wild beaches. The nature around offers a lot of opportunities for walking and cycling. On the promenade you can enjoy many restaurants, caffes, pastries and night clubs. There also a lot of different kind of shops and markets for you to buy any kind of souvenirs or to taste local specialties.
