You’ll find lots of beautiful beaches that are 5 minutes’ drive away, hosting great bars, restaurants and traditional tavernas. The villa has distant sea views, which you can experience from the pool area. The fantastic outside space includes a large wraparound terrace, 2 outdoor dining areas, and an upstairs balcony. With large bedrooms and fabulous open plan living space, Villa Ioannis is modern with a clean finish and lots of room to enjoy the scenic views. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms are included.

The villa is just 5 minutes' drive from the fantastic resort of Agios Stefanos, with several great bars, restaurants and traditional Greek tavernas. You are also 5 minutes’ drive from Avlaki, another wonderful setting where the beach is considered a hidden gem. The popular resort of Kassiopi is within 15 minutes’ journey by car, where you can discover the amazing choice of bars, restaurants and shops, and visit the famous castle.
