The Umbrian capital Perugia, with its medieval center and the underground fortress Rocca Paolina, is only 25 minutes away. Assisi is also worth a visit, and it is easy to reach Tuscan towns such as Cortona, Arezzo, Montepulciano, and Siena

The two-storey holiday home is surrounded by a large, well-kept garden with mature trees. The spacious pool is a highlight. A gazebo invites guests to enjoy meals outdoors, and there is table tennis, bocce, and a playground for children.



Inside, the house has been carefully restored. Exposed stone walls, wooden beam ceilings, and large fireplaces preserve the historic charm. The elegant interior, with many antique pieces, reflects the character of the building and creates a warm, stylish atmosphere.
