Located on the first floor of a detached house, the apartment is surrounded by greenery and shares a small garden with one other property, (Enry Garden - ID 10188) complete with a BBQ and a veranda with a table and chairs - perfect for al fresco dining.

Inside, the apartment enjoys a comfortable living room furnished with a sofa, two armchairs and a flat-screen TV, this room opens through large glass doors to a small balcony. There is also a separate eat-in kitchen fitted with; a cooker hob, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee machine, a fridge freezer and a dining table.
