The 75 m² apartment is located on the 1st floor and has a separate entrance, a south-west balcony with a fantastic view, 2 separate bedrooms with balcony access, a spacious living room with panoramic window, relax couch and corner bench as well as a fully equipped kitchen including dining table . The parking lot is located directly at the house.
