Apartment

Welcome to Akadimia Platonos, or Plato’s Academy, a quiet neighborhood located 2 km (1.3 miles) NW of downtown Athens and just ten minutes walk from the capital’s hottest nightlife area: Gazi.
This one-bedroom 1st-floor studio apartment was renovated in February 2024 and can easily accommodate one person or a couple. It has a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable bathroom, with a small balcony overlooking the narrow street. The bedroom has a double bed and a working desk. In the winter, there is independent gas heating. In the summertime, there's a/c and fans.
The apartment has fast wifi (200 Mbps), a washing machine, flat-screen smart TV.
The entire building is a small community of young expats. We have created a beautiful space on the roof for our guests, where you can either relax, sunbathe, have a drink, barbecue, do some exercise, or simply explore the Athenian cityscape.
