It showcases a cosy and bright bedroom with a rooftop window alongside a separate shower-equipped bathroom. The apartment's open-plan design features a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and a living space with TV and Netflix options. The sofa in the living room can be converted into a double bed to accommodate up to 2 additional guests. This open - plan design seamlessly transitions to a balcony furnished for comfort, including an automatic pergola, designed for outdoor leisure and showcasing a spectacular sea view. Broad windows provide the perfect setting to relish in the beauty of sunsets. Dive into the shared swimming pool for a refreshing swim and soak up the sun on the loungers or relax in the shade under sun umbrellas with your favourite reading. Directly across the street, you'll find a pristine beach equipped with entertainment facilities, ideal for enjoyable moments. Two reserved parking spots labelled as “B12” are provided for guests on site.
