Quietly situated close to the centre of Forte dei Marmi (a 5-minute drive / 30-minute walk) this light and airy property provides flexible living spaces over two floors.

On the ground floor a stylish living room furnished with; two comfortable sofas, a coffee table and a smart flat-screen HDTV opens out through French doors onto a pretty garden. In the basement guests can enjoy the large eat-in kitchen which is fitted with; a gas cooker, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a fridge freezer, a coffee machine, a large dining table and a double sofa bed.

The property is located in Forte dei Marmi a luxurious seaside resort town on the coast of Tuscany and is ideally situated a minute’s walk from the nearest supermarket and a 5-minute drive / 30-minute walk from the town’s centre, the local beach, sailing club and a selection of seafront restaurants.

The apartment is also perfectly placed for visitors wishing to explore some of Tuscany’s world-famous cities. The charming Renaissance city of Luca is a 30-minute drive and the beautiful city of Florence home to some of the world\'s most famous works of art and architecture is a 1 hour and 30-minute drive away. Additionally, Cinque Terre, a series of five cliff-top villages and one of the Italian Riviera’s most iconic destinations is a one-hour drive away. Visitors can also take a boat tour or train ride from Forte dei Marmi.

Sporty guests will find two tennis/paddle clubs less than a 5-minute drive away and the Forte dei Marmi Golf Club a 6-minute drive away.

The closest international airport to the accommodation is Pisa which is approximately a 25-minute drive.
