Beautiful and modern south-facing 3-bedroom villa with amazing sea views and various terraced areas, situated close to Nerja’s famous Burriana Beach.
The villa is built over two floors and access is via a short but steep hill, leading to the private entrance and parking. By the main entrance there is a large terrace which is equipped with a pergola with a movable roof, making this an ideal area to chill-out in or out of the sun.
At the entrance there is small porch before entering the villa, once inside the villa has a modern fully equipped kitchen with fridge – freezer, dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, electric kettle, coffee machine and all of the necessary crockery and cooking utensils.
The open plan living area is bright and spacious and comprises of the following: dining area with dining table and seating for up to six people, lounge with two comfortable sofas, Smart TV, a study area plus a guest toilet
From the living room there are large sliding doors with direct access to the main terrace area which is divided over three levels and has spectacular sea views. As you step outside the living room there is an exterior dining area equipped with an extendable dining table and two comfortable easy chairs.
