The refined villa Standard is part of a first-class complex of three villas Residence Pietre d'Istria in the quiet village of Burići, just outside Rovinj. The complex was originally built in 1876 as a farmhouse and was completely renovated in 2023, with special care taken to preserve the traditional Istrian aesthetics. With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, this villa is suitable for up to 4 people and pets are welcome. A swimming pool, Finnish sauna and gym await you in the beautiful Mediterranean garden. These facilities are shared by the guests of the complex. On the air-conditioned ground floor of the villa there is an open plan area consisting of a living room, a kitchen and a dining room. Modern lines and high-quality furniture make the room feel unique, while bright colours add airiness. The living room has a comfortable sofa and the stone fireplace creates a warm atmosphere. A smart TV, a PlayStation console and a Bluetooth speaker will come in handy for those moments of shared leisure, and you will also have direct access to the covered terrace. The modern kitchen with its glass ceramic hob is fully equipped and is separated from the dining area by a counter with high chairs, which is ideal for a quick bite to eat. Delicious meals can be enjoyed together at the dining table.



On the first floor of the villa are 2 bedrooms designed to provide a pleasant relaxing environment. Both rooms are equipped with double beds and it is possible to add a baby cot. Both rooms have air conditioning and there are safety deposit boxes for valuables so that you can enjoy a carefree holiday. The bathrooms are arranged so that 1 is on the ground floor and 1 on the first floor. The minimalist design creates a feel-good atmosphere and the gilded details add a touch of luxury. One of the bathrooms has a double washbasin and both have shower cubicles. Personal hygiene products, bathrobes and hairdryers will be at your disposal in both of the bathrooms.



The traditional style with modern details of the courtyard will enchant you. There is a covered patio with a table for 4, perfect for morning tea overlooking the pool and fragrant Mediterranean herbs. There is also a lounge area. You can prepare a delicious meal on the communal barbecue and continue to enjoy the company of your loved ones until late into the night. The 40 m² swimming pool and sun terrace with 12 sun loungers is shared by guests of the complex and is the main place to enjoy reading a favourite book. For complete relaxation, you can visit the communal wellness area with a Finnish sauna, and for those who want to relax, there is a superbly equipped gym. The villa staff is at your disposal every day to take care of the house. You can also book additional services such as a private chef, transport by car and stocking your fridge before you arrive at the villa.



During your holiday at the Standard Residence Pietre d'Istria, you will be in an ideal position to explore the western side of the peninsula. Begin by exploring the area around the villa - Kanfanar is home to many religious monuments, such as the Church of St. Agatha, dating back to the 10th century. For nature lovers, the picturesque Lim canal will delight you with its views of the cliffs, while cyclists will enjoy the many cycle paths, the most famous of which is Parenzana, along the old railway line. Along the way you can visit the local vineyards and taste the wine for which this region is famous, and then visit one of the traditional Istrian taverns and see for yourself why Istrian cuisine is considered to be at the top of European gastronomy.
