Ideal for a relaxing holiday with family or friends, the villa is 2 km from TavarnelleVal di Pesa, where you can find shops, restaurants, and a supermarket. It also provides convenient access to the art cities of Florence and Siena which are easily reachable by car.

Villa Stellina (550 sqm) develops over two levels (ground and first floor).

The ground floor features an entrance hall, a well-equipped kitchen and a dining room furnished with large dining table. In the sleeping area on this level, there is a double/twin bedroom (with two single beds) with ensuite bathroom (with shower), as well as another double/twin bedroom (with two single beds) with an ensuite bathroom (with tub).

The first-floor features two comfortable living rooms and five bedrooms each with its own ensuite bathroom:

- Three double/twin bedrooms (each with two single beds) with ensuite bathrooms (with showers)
- One double bedroom (with double bed) with ensuite bathroom (with shower)
- One single bedroom (with a single bed) with ensuite bathroom (with shower). On request a second single bed can be added.

Outside, there is an extensive garden with furnished seating areas, a large terrace with a shady outdoor eating area and a fenced swimming pool (15 x 7m; 1.1 – 1.2m deep; open mid-May to mid-October; heated at extra cost) with a sun terrace, gazebo, sun loungers, changing room and heated jacuzzi (for 5 people). Private parking is also available on-site.
